Silicone production & in-house production of silicone molds

In 2021, we decided to expand our service and also manufacture silicone products in the future.

Why did we do this?

• Because silicone is often indispensable in medical applications

• Because it was a very good strategic addition to Spang & Brands' range of services at the time

• Because the demand for complete systems is increasing and we want to offer our customers the complete portfolio

Accordingly, we brought in personnel expertise in 2021 and built a silicone technical centre to fully understand the material.

In addition to silicone production, the focus was also on the manufacture of silicone molds.

We have been officially offering the following services since 2024:

• Development and production of silicone molds in our own mold shop

• Processing / production of high-temperature cured silicone in medical quality
