We develop the product together with you from the very first moment. And we love unconventional approaches.

Our design department takes your idea - and converts it into a 3D model. This is done with the knowledge of the ideal shape and with many years of experience in all kinds of materials.

If everything fits, the tool is designed for you - built on site - and of course put through its paces: Does it work exactly the way you need it to?

Then we produce the first samples with your tool and evaluate them together with you. This also includes a validation of the (planned) production process. We manufacture prototypes and pre-series tools from steel or 3D-printed inserts as required.

We build precision parts and assemblies for you with break-off, tear-off or turning zones in all injection-mouldable materials. This is guaranteed by our extensive network of partners for all topics relating to the ideal material.

We produce special compounds or procure any plastic approved for medical technology for you!

We take over the fully automatic assembly for your small series as well as for the largest quantities. You can also entrust us with the maintenance, care and possible repairs of your special tools.

In short: we accompany you from the idea to the finished product.
