Your tasks:

Tool mechanics (m/f/d) specialising in mould technology produce industrially customised moulds for the series production of various parts and repair them.

In the mould technology specialisation, tool mechanics (m/f/d) produce moulds, mostly from special steel alloys, for the metal or plastics processing industry. To do this, they produce individual moulded parts by machine and/or manually according to technical drawings.

They operate production machines, program computer-controlled production centres and develop special work processes and programmes.

They check the individual parts for precision and function and assemble the metal parts into a complete mould. They also repair damaged and worn moulds and maintain machines as well as testing equipment and tools.

As specialists in metals, they know their specific properties and apply the most suitable machining process for precision.

Requirement:

You have at least a secondary school diploma, manual dexterity and technical understanding. You are flexible, independent and reliable.
