Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2025

Today we say goodbye to our colleagues as they head off on their well-deserved Christmas holidays!

A year full of tasks, challenges and growth is coming to an end. Spang & Brands can look back on a successful year.

In addition to expanding and modernising our facilities (commissioning 9 new injection moulding machines), we have also focused on digitalisation and automation! We have also steadily increased our in-house expertise in the field of additive manufacturing!
We are delighted to welcome 5 new trainees who will be taking their first steps in their careers with us in September and we have also been able to recruit experts in specialised departments! These are just a few great examples and developments from 2024.

In times when the media is full of scepticism and negative headlines, it is important for me to focus on the successes and a certain amount of confidence!

We have given our colleagues three key points for 2025:

- Standards must fit - we must not waste time on issues that should simply run their course

- We need to be open and interested in new things - be it in the area of digitalisation, automation or process optimisation.

- We want to work together as a team - across departments!

With this in mind, let's look positively and with a broad chest into the new year! We look forward to many new projects, tasks and challenges!
